Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. Here's what you need to know about deleting your GameNight account.
This action is permanent
Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. All your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
What will be deleted
What may be retained
In some cases, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
- Transaction records, if applicable, for tax and accounting purposes.
- Data necessary to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
- Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you.
How to delete your account
In the App (Recommended)
Open GameNight → Go to Settings → Tap Delete Account → Confirm your choice. Your account will be queued for deletion immediately.
Via Email
Send an email to support@gamenight.team from the email address associated with your account. Include "Delete My Account" in the subject line. We'll confirm receipt and process your request.
Processing timeline
After you confirm deletion, your account will be deactivated immediately. All associated data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. During this period, you will not be able to access your account or recover any data.
